Stratford travelled away to Malvern, for what in many previous years has proven to be a close game, something that could not be said for this one.
Malvern ran rampant coming away with a 43-0 victory in a match where Stratford weren't quite at the races despite no 8 and captain Jonny Smith returning to the side, though having to fill in at centre due to absences.
Stratford had periods of possession in the game but were not as clinical as their opponents who ran in five tries in the first half to lead 33-0 at half-time. A particular highlight of the second half, where Stratford drastically slowed Malvern's scoring rate, was the determination of eventual player of the match, James Walton making yards through and after contact.
Their next game is at home to Luctionians II on Saturday, November 8.
